I had a handful of assorted (mostly kalamata) olives that needed to be used, some heirloom grape tomatoes, half a ball of burrata, and TJ's lentils. The lunch basically became a big bowl of warm lentils topped with diced salty olives, bright tomatoes, and creamy burrata with a tiny drizzle of grapeseed oil to bring it all together. Voila!!
